    this mean thats 2% of all dolphins have a higher iq than 45% of people from Equitorial Guinea

      That's not how IQ works. If 45% of Equatorial Guineans are that low the test is wrong. The tests are designed so that the average is 100, and you modify the test for the population. Also there is no test for dolphins so if you aren't making all this up, stop believing it.
