Needless to say it is obviously amateur ( i don't try to come up as rude, i myself haven't published any game), now there is certainly remarkable feats and interesting stuf such as upgrades and customization, but the game, having only few kinds of enemy and mostly repetitive gameplay, the gameultimately failed with me to be engagin for long enough to show i's true potential. 3/5, may i ask too, how do you make these games, particularly since the buttons sugest html5.
tl;dr 3/5 althougth personally, being a man of little patience i wasn't ertentained for more than 2 levels, a mayor flaw is gameplay
Since I've played most of your recent shit, I'll review this one.
And I'll start off saying it's not better than average like gneratoror would say. There's no indication that you got hit, the aiming is weird and there shouldn't be that much shot spread in a game like this.
Most of the UI elements aren't great and you still put no effort into graphics, but it is getting slightly better. The games are feeling better to play.
I'd recommend downloading gimp and watching a short tutorial, as there's much too many colours going on. Unless construct has its own spriting thing.
For bullet hells, you definitely need to show the player where their hitbox is.
I wanna give you 1.5/5 but it only lets me do 2/5.
However, I did only the first level cause its just another shooter. Nothing special.
Yeah, i just did not want to be harsh because you're not profesional and in a way it is justa practice, there is no reason to make great art at this state, but i'll suggest pixel art, it takes a while and it needs a lot of practice to actually look great, but with enough time it is easy to make something decent, even better, you could ask some artist person you know to draw for you, but a i said, art does not really matter
