"Disturbing computer image"

What does this mean? I look at computers that people have and there are images that say things like:

"An image of several ¤¤¤¤¤¤ being ¤¤¤¤¤¤ by another ¤¤¤¤¤¤."
"An image of a group of ¤¤¤¤¤¤ trying to ¤¤¤¤¤¤ on a bewildered ¤¤¤¤¤¤."
"A video of several ¤¤¤¤¤¤ in the process of ¤¤¤¤¤¤ two other ¤¤¤¤¤¤."

Is the ¤¤¤¤¤¤ a corruption or is it censoring something? If it is censoring something, is there a way to disable it?
