I think Beedrill.

What about you?

    I think it really depends on the type of said pokemon.

    Gardevoir with majonesse as hat
    HP formula:
    Gardevoir posts * damns * 250 (cuz majonesse) * 3,000
    Insert something purposely unfunny here

    That's why you have to pick a powerful Pokemon that has trouble fighting armored enemies and/or that is easily cut-able.

    If:
    1. A blade can cut through Pokémon (flesh and other similar substances, at least);
    2. It does typeless damage;
    3. The Pokémon can use moves to protect itself, but not to attack;

    It would be the most powerful (highest BST), non-Steel/Rock/Grass (generally armored) Pokémon you can find. Too lazy to do better research now, but I'd say it is Slacking (Slack Off has 10 to 16 PP at best, same for Protect. Other than that, no natural defenses and lack of constant healing.)
    EDIT: Forgot the most important. Truant.

    Well, I'm still not sure what to answer to the OP, but I know for certain which pokemon will not be beaten…
