I wonder if it is actually possible to expand Nested until every single "+" in the world is clicked, and you can only see the "-'s"? Would it lag your computer so much? I wonder how small the scroll button will be.

You'll keep finding new "universe" clickables, so no. It would extend off the page.

I know that if it keeps going to the right, eventually, when you click another +, you won't see anything inside. What I mean in this is by no +'s visible.

But you didn't ask that. You asked if you could click every "+".

so for this then it comes to how wide your window is. if you make your browser window very small it's actually pretty doable (in fact I've done it). The smallest I could make it (I'm running chrome) was so that I'd only click through the first 3 layer, which is only a few hundred clicks and a thousand or so lines.
If we guess on average, opening something opens 10 new things then we can give an approximate estimate of how many clicks it would take to open everything up to a certain level, or the equation 10^(n-1) (the first level requires 1 click)
8 or so levels (~ten million clicks), is probably about the limit a human would click (this would be someone dedicating a few months to clicking)
I'm not sure where a modern PC would crap out, that's a software issue, but hardware would limit it to about a trillion clicks (13 levels) that's not wide as even a smaller modern PC screen
It would take years and years to do so, however, but it is "possible".
But universes come around again. It's infinite.
No, if you keep on going inside things, eventually the page will stop loading the clickables to the right and then you'll have to find something else to click. I'll show you a picture later to show you what I mean.

Actually the page still generate clickable things, you just can't scroll sideways but you can still trigger them with some javascript.

There is another way! When you click on a black hole, then inside the black hole there is a 0.4% chance of it saying end of universe and onto pending up any more,so it is technically possible. (Also for some reason there is a 0.2% chance of the being a 'crustacean' inside the black hole)

Of course it's possible to have no "+"s visible.
