First, how do I make an effect boost my *Currency per click for every (specific building) I have?

How do I make the req for an achievement / upgrade / building be to have X of an object? like the 100 building achievements in CC.
I am the CHAOSINATOR!!11!

    passive:increase currency yield of ButtonName by X*(buildingX)
    passive:increase currency yield of ButtonName by X*(buildingX)
    passive:increase currency yield of ButtonName by X*(buildingX)
    passive:increase currency yield of ButtonName by X*(buildingX)
    passive:increase currency yield of ButtonName by X*(buildingX)
    ... and so on

    answer to 2:

    req: (buildingX>=100)

    example:

    req: (MoneyGenerator>=100)
    delayed update > rushed update
