need some help with efficiency boosting and resource consumption

been testing out some IGM stuff, I'm trying to make a building boost a clickable, but in turn constantly consume a resource, and stop boosing if the resource is unavailable, however this:
-multiplies efficiency of pointgiver(clickable being boosted) by 20% for 0.1 autopoints(consumed resource)
is not working, I checked the syntax and names and it's fine, are there any other ways to do it?
why are you here? why am I here? were we created in the same way that we created them?
