    I would guess one for each building- 15
    manabloom 1
    clicking frenzy 1
    frenzy 1

    i would say about 18. I may have left one or two out on accident.

    Including Wrath cookies, it would be closer to 38. Considering that the wrath cookie has an opposite effect on all of the normal GC effects.
    +that clicky upgrade i forget the name of
    + Elder Frenzy

    This is just my guess.
    cease your tomfoolery

    Only available from Gold cookies: 1
    * Frenzy

    Only available from Wrath cookies: 19
    * 15 building-specific nerfs
    * Ruin
    * Clot
    * Elder Frenzy
    * Cursed Finger: boosts your cookies per click, but also drops your CPS to 0 as long as it lasts

    Possible from either Golden or Wrath cookies: 24
    * Lucky
    * Click Frenzy
    * Sweet: gives you a sugar lump
    * The fifteen building-specific buffs
    * Start a Cookie Chain
    * Start a Cookie Storm
    * Start a Dragon Harvest (must have the aura active)
    * Start a Dragonflight (must have the aura active)
    * "Blab" -- pointless
    * Everything Must go! (only possible during Business Day)

    So, 44 different possibilities

    Plus:

    1. Cookie Chain, which, well, begins a chain;
    2. Cookie Storm, which fills your screen with mini Lucky GC;
    3. Dragon Harvest, which requires Krumblor's Reaper of Fields aura, and is a stronger, shorter Frenzy;
    4. Dragonflight, which requires Krumblor's Dragonflight aura, and is a much stronger Click Frenzy with slightly shorter duration;
    5. Everything Must Go, which requires the Business Day season (AKA April Fools') and decreases the price of all buildings by 5% for 5 seconds;
    6. Blab, which does nothing but has a funny message.

    For a total of 44 unique outcomes.

    Yeah, I miscounted, then edited the correct outcomes (as listed on the wiki) in, and corrected the breakdown by whether they could come from a Gold Cookie only, a Wrath Cookie only, or either one.

    I'm still playing one of the 1.x versions, and I know the game has evolved to much higher point values in many ways. I'm wondering if there are any measures that are the same throughout.

    For example, do people still get Golden Cookies the same way in the latest versions? Do they just come every 2-4 minutes and you click them? So someone who was not cheating in one version might have a similar number of Golden Cookies as in another version after 1000 hours of play?

    They come the same way, but they are a little more frequent in the newer versions.

    With all of the possible spawning speed upgrades, and the right spirits in the right slots in the pantheon, I think the fastest they can spawn is something like 1:27

    I think you can get them to something like 20-25 seconds with the right garden.

    I didn't factor in the garden mostly because it's only available in the beta.

    But also, I haven't really played with the garden, I admit. I started the beta to remind myself of how the early game plays, and the garden simply requires too much active attention right now.
