CSS breaks buttons

brianstjbrianstj Member Posts: 3
In my game, Elemental Clicker (coming soon), I have multiple buttons, each within their own box within a larger box that has a button, upgrades, and things. I gave each of my buttons the CSS class clickable. However, when I add the line position:absolute to place the button's box in a specific location for each box, the button goes where I want it to, but is not clickable unless part of it is hanging outside the bounds of its box (due to excessive zooming in). Could I have some help, please?

Here's my relevant CSS:
.clickable {
left:2%;
top:12%;
position:absolute;
}

Here's one of my buttons:
*fireButton
tag:fireButton
on click:yield fire
icon:buttons[0,0]
no text
no tooltip

Here's my box containing a few things:
*fireBox
header:Fire
class:element
contains:fireClick, fireResource, fireUpgrades
*fireClick
class:clickable
contains:tag:fireButton
*fireResource
class:displayable
contains:tag:fire
*fireUpgrades
class:upgradeable
contains:tag:fireUpgrade

It works fine without the CSS, but I would really like to be able to move that box around to where I want it. Thanks.

    Seems like the button is going behind the box it's contained in, so try increasing the z-index.
