I advice you to use Shift+Alt+Num Lock command for more clicking. It's an option for using your numeric keypad as mouse. Keys "5" or "+" are considered as left click.
Then you can buy a keyboard and click from two keypads.
These methods allow me to get ~30 clicks per second.

How does that work then? Isn;t doing anything at all for me...

Wait, you don't seriously mean https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14204/windows-7-use-mouse-keys-to-move-mouse-pointer do you? That would screw up all of my cookie chains and storms. And many goldens as well. This is not a good idea LOL

That method works fine. You can still use your mouse or track pad to move the cursor. The numpad will just act as directional buttons and clicks.

Personally, it's hard to get the hang of pressing the numpad to get over 23 clicks per second. 30 clicks per second is insane.

As blank3tm0nst3r said Shift+Alt+Num Lock command doesn't disable your mouse. You can use both mouse and numpad.
Another small tip: press "*" on the numeric pad, after that "+" is considered as a double click. Without this "cookie monster" shows I have ~17 clicks per second. With this I have ~30. Press "/" to unbind this option. I use Mozilla. It doesn't work on Chrome.
