Warfare [Le uio game]

Another weird game from uio that will probably not get past page 5.

So basically I put too much shit onto my players for the last few, so let's step it back and make it easier.
The aim of the game is to kill an opponent. Straight up murder. You'll have a basic attack, two skills and a ultimate attack. You'll also have a bunch of stats.

The stats:

When creating a character, you may spend 50 stats into the four stats, each stat starts at 0.

Health:
The amount of health you have. Each point increases health by 50. Base health is 800.
If you have 10 points in health you start with 1300 health. Neat.

Damage:
The amount of damage you do with Basic Attacks Each point increases damage by 5. Base damage is 30. Every point will increase energy cost by 3.

Power:
The amount of damage you do with Skills Each point increases damage by 6%, also increasing energy cost by 4%.

Energy:
The metric All Attacks use. Each point increases energy by 25, base energy is 420. Basic attacks use 40 energy. Your energy regenerates at 7% per turn.

And that's it for stats.

Skill layout:

Basic attacks:

Melee:
Melee are close range attacks which deal high damage. Melee damage can only be used in one of the eight spaces around you. If you are a melee character you will gain +1 movement space.

Ranged:
Ranged attacks go multiple spaces but for every tile of range you have, you suffer a 9% damage down. You can shoot over half walls only.

Magic:
Magic attacks aren't blocked by anything, however have a 30% damage down. Magic attacks have a range of 4.

Normal Skills

You can have many kinda of skills in here, none of them suffer a cooldown but all of them must have an energy cost.

Offensive:
An offensive spell which takes into account various stats. it costs energy to use and directly affects the opponent

Defensive:
An defensive spell which takes into account various stats. It may cost energy to use and directly affects yourself.

Passive
A neutral spell which may be on all the time, or trigger based on a certain event. It cannot cost energy
You may trigger such abilities such as:
Getting hit, Hitting, Casting a spell or Moving.

Ultimate Skills:
You can have one skill here, which may be any type, however it is usually much more powerful. Ultimate skills usually have some sort of cooldown.

Movement and ranges:
Believe it or not, this is rather important. You can move to any space in the eight directions. You can move 4 times per turn.

This is the map, it may be a bit small.
The black blocks are walls, and can only be shot over by magic.
The grey blocks are cover, and can be shot over by magic and ranged
The white blocks are vacant, and can be moved over.
The blue blocks are water, and can't be moved over, but can be shot over.

You can't move past walls you dummy. You also can try map out your turn on the map if you want. I don't mind though, it's all labelled.

You can start anywhere on the map, but not within 7 spaces of the enemy. You can start with any character made, or make your own. Two of the same character may not be in the game at the same time.

That's it. You don't have to do all the math. Just tell me how many points you want to put in each, and I'll do the math. You don't have to base everything off a basic attack either, you can just make up numbers if you wish.

Here's classes you can use:

Crossbower:
Health: 1050 (+5)
Energy: 720 (+12)
Basic Attack: 140 (+22) (Actual base: 76)
Skill multiplier: 166% damage, 144% cost(+11)
Attack Type: Ranged: 6 Range
Basic attack cost: 106
Skill 1: Poison Arrows
Deal a damage over time effect on every basic attack hit. The poison does 10% of your basic attack every turn for 3 turns. Stackable. First tick happens on their next turn.
14 base, 23 with multipliers.
Skill 2: Frag Arrow:
Shoot a basic attack that explodes, turning all walls into cover and cover into floor in a 2x2 radius. The basic attack deals 126 damage and costs 166 energy. Does not apply Poison.
Ultimate: Skillshot
Shoot a deadly arrow directly at your opponent, dealing massive damage. Deals 50% more damage if they're not behind cover.
Deals 275 damage and costs 350 energy to use at base.

Ultimate: Point Blank
Shoot a bolt of magic at the opponent, dealing huge damage. Damage reduced by 5% for every block the spell passes through
Base Damage (Right next to target): 300 Damage, 350 Energy
1 Block away: 285 Damage, 350 Energy
2 Blocks away: 270 Damage, 350 Energy
3 Blocks away: 256 Damage, 350 Energy
4 Blocks away: 243 Damage, 350 Energy
(With Power boosts)
Base Damage: 480 Damage, 490 Energy
1 Block away: 456 Damage, 490 Energy
2 Blocks away: 433 Damage, 490 Energy
3 Blocks away: 411 Damage, 490 Energy
4 Blocks away: 390 Damage, 490 Energy


You can fight other people or me. I might use other peoples characters.

Quick Guide:

Step 1) Select a character from any accepted character, you can fight against anyone including me. The same two characters may not be in the same game, and you can have any amount of people in the game
Step 2) Agree on starting positions, make sure they're not too close to eachother.
Step 3) Establish a turn order, by flipping a coin or something. I don't care.
Step 4) Actually fucking fight you wusses. You can do as much a turn as you want, and spend all your energy if you want
Step 5) Regenerate things that need regenerating, and end your turn.
Step 6) Repeat for a few turns till somebody dies
Step 7) Gloat about it in a pm or some shit. Nobody cares.

    Added your basic attack stats, buffed fireball up so you can't use it 30 times on the first turn, made it not rng. Gave shield a cooldown and increased your ults energy cost, as 1:1 trades are bad, energy cost has to be slightly more than damage, so if you somehow get a power bonus it's worth.
