how do i make a building give X resource once every Y seconds?
also, how can i make a clickable have for instance a 10 second delay before you get resource X?

Take X, divide it by Y. make the building give that amount of resources per second.
I don't think there's a way to do the second thing, but I haven't actually used IGM so those who have, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about that.

The 10 seconds delay would be overly complex, and you cant do a AdCap thing where it gives X every Y seconds.
If you want a kinda rough thing, you can do -gives X resource 10% of the time
That would make it so every 10 seconds on average(this is very important) it gives x resource.
However it could activate 2 times in a row, or it might take 20 seconds
So its 100/time for this, however it will be much more unreliable the smaller, like when you get down to two minutes, it will be less than a percent. However when it activates, it gives it all at once.
