I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but represents and occupies properties only matter when manually selling or buying a building. This leads to a few cool tricks you can pull off, most notably an in-game 'buy 10' button. I don't think anybody has discovered used it yet, so here it is: *Building -costs Y Awesomeness -gives 1 Something -represents 1 buy10mine
*buy10Building -named Buy Ten Building -costs X Awesomeness -represents 10 Building -represents 9 buy10Building -"Buy ten Buildings." -visible at 1 Building
Where X=Y*(r^10-1)/(r-1) and 'r' is the ratio at which the price increases (1.15 by default). Make sure that if Building has this ratio customized, so should buy10Building. The rest is a matter of styling everything nicely with CSS and most importantly hiding the sell button from buy10Building (it gives way too much).
